As The Wheel revolves, we all must keep our particular appointments with fate and receive our karmic lessons. Here antique optometrist test lenses are tangible reminders, little windows of opportunity, both challenging and serendipitous, that are largely unpredictable. We cannot always have control over what falls into our hands and when. From our vantage point we see The Fool and are reminded of our life’s journey. Adventure, mystery and moments of enlightenment are all that’s guaranteed. Rather than feeling like 'victims of circumstance' we can choose to accept the seeming quirks and vagaries as part of the nature of the immeasurable universe.
