The drape of a star-strewn flag signifies his governing abilities. The emperor has a booming voice and direct gaze; and expects his authority to be unquestioned. His humor and vitality for life are in evidence and make him all the more magnetic, though not in the least detracting from his ability to maintain order in a household, and impart valuable life lessons.
